Welcome to KUNG FU WUSHU QUEENSLAND Limited.

Kung Fu Wushu Queensland (KWQ) was one of the founding state Associations (formerly Qld Kung Fu Association) that, along with NSW & Victoria, formed the Australian Kung Fu Federation in 1984. Queensland has played an active role in the promotion of events, accreditation and Martial Arts since its inception. Over the past 21 years Queensland has hosted many State and regional events.

In 2006 Queensland was host to the Australian Kung Fu Wushu Championships.

Kung Fu Wushu Queensland Limited (KWQ) is the officially recognized governing body for Chinese martial arts (kung fu, wushu, tai chi) in Queensland. KWQ is the State member organization of Kung Fu Wushu Australia Limited which is the national organisation recognized by the Australia Sports Commission, The International Wushu Federation and the Martial Arts Industry Association.
